In House Repair and Maintenance: The support tools you didn’t know you needed!
Synopsis:
Keeping on top of the service activities across your monitoring systems, and software, is critical yet challenging.
This session will walk you through tools we believe will help you manage your fleet of assets including:
Customer Service Portal: Anytime, anywhere management of your Philips equipment allowing you to monitor which of your trust’s assets are up and running – or order service support for those that are not
IntelliVue Monitor Support Tool: A PC-based software application that can help you perform by allowing you to complete tasks such as; updating device software, transferring a license from one device to another, reading and editing configuration data, and generating a device report.
