Tim is a project manager with over 25 years’ experience running projects in the Defence, Finance, Security, and particularly Healthcare sectors. He was responsible for implementing several critical projects in the eHospital programme at Cambridge University Hospital, including Medical Devices, Application Integration Engine, and a new Laboratory Management System.

Since 2016, he has been freelance, and in 2023 completed the first of five device integration implementations on the HSCNI encompass programme. He is now working as an SME with the HSE in Eire to implement device integration across the whole country.

Outside of work, Tim is married with two grandchildren, and juggles that responsibility with being a season ticket holder at Ipswich Town, and also running a village choir in the East of England.

Adrian Carroll is a clinical pharmacist by background, with over a decade of experience leading complex, high-profile Electronic Health Record (EHR) implementations across Ireland, the United Kingdom, and mainland Europe.

His expertise spans multiple EHR vendors, with a particular focus on medicines management and enterprise-wide digital transformation.   Since joining Children’s Health Ireland in early 2021, Adrian has led the EHR Programme for the new children’s hospital—an ambitious initiative that will deliver Ireland’s first fully integrated digital hospital.

Josh Evans is one of the Lead Analysts within the EPR Systems Team at Birmingham Women's and Children's NHS Foundation Trust. He has worked at the Trust for the past 12 years, beginning his career as a nurse in the Emergency Department.

During this time, he gained experience across several roles, including Emergency Medicine, clinical research, and education within the Emergency Department. He later went on to lead a dedicated Winter Pressures Ward before transitioning into the EPR team. In his current role, Josh is responsible for several key EPR applications, including the Emergency Department system, Business Continuity solutions, Medical Device Integration, and two integrated information-sharing platforms.

This years conference marks Josh's first experience both attending and presenting at a professional conference.
