BIOGRAPHY
With over 35 years at the forefront of
clinical engineering, Dr Scott Brown is a driving force in the NHS, commercial
sector, and as the founder of Health Tech Solutions Ltd. Starting his career as
a Medical Physics Technician, Scott quickly rose to senior leadership
roles—Medical Device Risk Manager, Strategic rolling replacement manager, and
Clinical Engineering Lead—where he consistently delivered innovation and
safety.
A Chartered Engineer, Chartered Scientist,
and HCPC-registered Clinical Scientist, Scott has authored more than 70
influential papers and articles in leading journals and on his website

Ltd in 2014, he has confidently expanded into the veterinary sector, tackling
new challenges with the same relentless drive.
Passionate about sharing his expertise,
Scott now serves as an Authorising Engineer (Medical Engineering), supporting
clients across the UK and internationally.
